Dr. Paul K. Leung, M.D. graduated from Medical College of Virginia in 1981. He received his psychiatry training at OHSU and joined the faculty in 1985. Dr. Leung is currently Professor and Medical Director of Psychiatry as well as the Director of the OHSU Intercultural Psychiatric Program (IPP). Dr. Leung started the mental health clinic at the Asian Health & Service Center in 1985 and has been serving as a provider and Medical Director to now.
